PD Triathlon!!

Hey! Finally posted after the 2nd World War! Anyway, on sat me went for da Port Dickson International Traithlon 2009! I'm being long winded, bear with me...anyway, yea was fun, but my swim....disappointing. My biking was da most fun and enjoyable!! Cooling breeze(I think), average speed of 23km/h...really fun!! Running...not so good. Either they lied on the event notices or I just think it's long. Relaxing! Even dinner, the carbo-loading one, which I'm supposed to not take as it will only contribute the the amount of "gas" in my spare tyre...but I took it anyway! Nice wad.....
Next day, others raced. very long distance which I am unable to do, at the moment. Breakfast....not bad...sumptious! But had to rush back and get photos! Anyway, so unfair...sunday's waves were on hide tide, but saturday was low tide! sob sniff...
Write until here lor...lazy to write more mah...thank you and have a grrrreat day??!! oops great i mean...thanks you. see you again..?
